Use:
This equipment is mainly used for producing wood plastic skinning foam sheets.The line produced plates are applied in interior decoration,furniture,cabinets,sanitary wares,advertising boards,art materials,templates of construction and sound insulation,etc.The production is so widely used with enormous prospects.

1.The main motor takes imported transducer to control speed,and imported temperature-control system to control temperature,which precision of the temperature-control can reach ±1℃.
2.The barrel and screw adopts cast-aluminum heating rings and air-cooling system.It has the characteristic of quick and fair heat radiation.
3.According to different formulation demands of customers,the compan can make up the most reasonable screw to reach the best plasticizing effect.
4.The surface of screws and barrels are processed by dual-metal in order to reach the aims of anti-corrosion,anti-wearing and prolong the service life of extruders.

6.Enhancement of traction from 9 groups of barrels strengthens the friction between the rollers and plates.
