PVC/WPC Wide Plate Production Line

This production line utilizes a specially designed conical twin-screw extruder, primarily used for manufacturing various PVC wide-format panels such as hollow PVC honeycomb panels, window sill panels, wide-format wall panels, and guardrails. The system incorporates variable frequency speed control with imported temperature control instruments and related electrical components. A large-scale forced cooling system ensures precise shaping of wide-format panels. The traction machine employs pneumatic lifting mechanisms, while the cutting machine features Japanese-imported rodless cylinders with high-efficiency dust extraction systems. An optional fully automatic palletizer can be installed to achieve full-line automation.
