The YF-200PVC profile small material production line is designed for manufacturing PVC profiled materials, wood-plastic composites, and decorative profiles. This integrated system combines a feeding machine, conical twin-screw extruder, sizing platform, traction mechanism, cutting unit, and material flipping rack, featuring innovative design, rational structure, and user-friendly operation.

The vacuum forming station utilizes a specially designed high-capacity vortex air pump and water cooling system for efficient cooling and shaping. Its unique horizontal tilt control and three-dimensional adjustment mechanism significantly simplify operation. The diameter-setting platform is adaptable to various molds, meeting high-speed extrusion requirements. The traction machine features innovative lifting technology with upper belt backpressure control, ensuring smooth operation, high reliability, and strong traction force. It supports automatic length-cutting and is equipped with dust recovery systems. Capable of producing PVC window/door profiles, wood-plastic composite door frames, PVC cable trays, baseboards, louvers, and other specialized products.
