PVC pipe production line

The PVC pipe production line is designed for manufacturing various water supply pipes, drainage pipes, and electrical conduits. The extrusion system features an SJSZ conical twin-screw extruder, while the traction mechanism includes belt-driven, two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, and six-claw models. Cutting equipment comprises blade lifters and planetary cutters, along with material racks.

The pipeline has excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis and salts, and is suitable for industrial sewage discharge and transportation. 4. The pipeline friction coefficient is small, the water flow is smooth, it is not easy to block, and the maintenance workload is less. 5. The material has a high oxygen index and self-extinguishing properties. 6. The pipeline has a low linear expansion coefficient, resulting in minimal deformation under temperature changes. With low thermal conductivity and elastic modulus, it demonstrates superior frost resistance compared to cast iron drainage pipes. 7. The connection of pipes and fittings adopts adhesive, which is simple in construction, convenient in operation and high in installation efficiency.
