SJ series efficient single screw extruder
The SJ series high-efficiency single-screw extruder is primarily designed for co-extruding soft and hard PVC, polyethylene, and other thermoplastics. When paired with compatible auxiliary equipment (including die heads), it can process various plastic products such as films, pipes, rods, plates, wires, tapes, cable insulation layers, and hollow products, and is also suitable for pelletizing.
SJ series high-efficiency single-screw extruder features enhanced plasticizing performance, ensuring stable high-speed extrusion and optimal material mixing. Its high-shear, low-melting plasticizing temperature guarantees high-performance low-temperature, low-pressure metering extrusion.
