SJSZ Conical Twin Screw Extruder Series

The SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a specialized equipment designed for extrusion molding of various PVC powders. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce a variety of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, decorative panels, rods, and granules. The barrel adopts aluminum-cast heating rings and an air-cooling system for efficient operation. It features rapid and uniform heat transfer, along with convenient operation and maintenance. The screw core utilizes an automatic circulation cooling regulation system to enhance efficiency. Custom screw configurations are developed based on user-specific formulations to achieve optimal plasticization. The gearbox and distributor box employ bearing shells with imported oil seals, while gears are made of high-quality alloy steel with nitriding treatment. The temperature control system uses imported thermometers with 1°C precision. The speed control system employs imported variable frequency or DC speed regulation, featuring self-diagnostic fault alarms and current protection devices.
