The cylinder adopts aluminum casting heat connector coil and cooling system. It has the characteristics of fast heat transfer and easy operation and maintenance. The screw core adopts automatic circulation cooling system to improve efficiency. According to the user's different formulations, the most reasonable screw of the structure is made to achieve the optimum plasticizing effect. The gearbox, the distribution box adopt the tile bearing, the imported oil seal, the gear adopts the high quality alloy steel, the nitrogen treatment. Temperature control system of imported temperature control table, temperature control precision can reach: 1 ℃. The speed regulating system adopts imported variable frequency or dc speed control, the electrical system has all self-diagnosis fault alarm function, and has the current protection device.
